Former Nanaimo City Manager disputes City of Nanaimo multiplex claims
The "Nanaimo City Updates" Document sent out to every household includes several absolute assurances to taxpayers regarding no tax increases required for the proposed Events Centre.
At the open house held February 09, for the first time, the City acknowledged that there are, in fact, significant risks that make these statements qualified.
