    We have so many water feature in this Territory. Why not something Coast Salish or Snuneymuxw First Nation. We have that iconic bastion with its cannons why not start reflecting a fuller picture representation of history? Respectfully, Barb Pollard Tsimshian First Nation, visitor to Nanaimo since 1965 and please NO comments or arguments as this is my personal sentiment

    I like that idea very much! A large commissioned sculpture or totem pole by a Coast Salish or Snuneymuxw artist to anchor a new plaza here.
